When you are ready to move forward with your choir robe order, please contact us by phone, mail or e-mail. If you would like a personal visit to your church, one of our staff will come and take the order. However there will be an additional charge for the distance and the time to come on site. A deposit of one half of total order price is due when your order is placed and the balance paid in full upon completion. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for your robes to be made from the date of deposit being received. We accept money orders, credit cards, checks, cashier’s checks and paypal payments. Once we have received the deposit, your order then goes into the production schedule. It will depend upon the size of the order, style, fabric and production status whether we can complete it in less than 8 weeks. However, when possible, we do have a “rush” fee for URGENT orders depending upon the required delivery date and current circumstances. Please let us know at the time of placing your order. Completed orders may be picked up or shipped to you (cost of shipping will be included in the balance payment.) Thank you for considering Southwest Robe Company for your choir robes.
